After being in the house longer than I wanted, I decided to take a short road trip up Highway 365. Off to the right of the Highway you will see a School Bus on the hill, painted with the School Bus Graveyard. I’ve been wanting to stop at this roadside attraction forever. I finally talked some friends into going with me, who by the way have been staying the house just like me. The School Bus Graveyard doesn’t have too much information on the Google and any attempt to search for information you will find more blog posts or news articles. I did attempt to find a official website but gave up after looking on page 2. There is however a official Facebook page that provides additional information, School Bus Grave Yard.
The School Bus Graveyard is a wonderful place to practice social distancing as it is outside and for those that have pulled over on the side of rode with us, they all respected our space. There are about twenty colorful buses for you to enjoy but it is located on private property so be respectful. They have plenty of signage for you to know where you can and cannot go. From previous articles and videos, it looks like at one point there was more to access. This seems to block off during our visit.
Of course there are rules. Do Not Climb on the buses and Do Not add your own art.

Parking can be tricky, there is no parking lot. Cars are to park along Crane Mill Rd.
To get to the buses:
While there looks to have once been a path way up to the buses from Crane Mill Rd., while visiting in May that pathway was blocked. We entered off of the main highway and walked up the concrete run off drain.
