For the entirety of The Horizon of Khufu you wear the headset. The headset covers your eyes and ears making the experience completely immersive. But don’t fret, if anyone wearing the headsets come within your immediate space the VR will redirect you and you’ll be able to see them within the VR. As for the experience, you are transported back in time to ancient Egypt where you crawl through tunnels, lifted up to the top of pyramids, boat ride down the Nile and much more. Now, that’s all I’m sharing, I don’t want to give to much away.
The experience is fun and is something different from the norm. I think that’s why I enjoyed it so much. Is it worth the price? Yes. Would I do it again? Maybe, if there is a change in the theming.
