Have you attended High Frequency Friday at Atlanta’s High Museum of Art? By far, Atlanta’s High Museum of Art is the museum I visit the most. I teeter between non membership and membership status every other year. I am currently leaning towards membership status again as it provides so many perks i.e, free parking. And of course the endless amounts of exhibitions that circulate throughout the museum.
The museum brings in amazing exhibitions through out the year and offer some of the best events in Atlanta. Two of my favorite events that are held monthly is the High Frequency Friday held on the first Friday of every month and Friday Jazz which is held on the third. These two event are becoming more popular and tend to sell out if you wait to purchase tickets. Purchasing a ticket is something you won’t have to worry about if you have a membership. These events is included with your membership.
High Frequency Friday provides a great opportunity to explore the current exhibitions with a great soundtrack. The musicians on Friday Jazz are some of the best. There’s honestly so much the museum offers from tours on Saturday and Sunday and let’s not forget the Second Sunday where all visitor are free. For information visit High Museum of Arts.
